We are looking for RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED, & DETAILED-ORIENTED cleaners to join our team. As a SUBCONTRACTOR, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our MEDICAL facility, located in Oxford. The responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas. They will have a MANDATORY checklist to go by when cleaning, using an app, to ensure that ALL SERVICES are completed. The ideal candidate MUST have an eye for DETAIL and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL & HAVE THEIR OWN RELIABLE & CONSISTENT TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO & FROM THE FACILITIES!! THIS IS A PART - TIME POSITION, WORKING 5 DAYS/WK, STARTING AT 7PM, WORKING 1.5 HOURS/DAY. AGAIN, THIS IS A PART-TIME/SUPPLEMENTAL POSITION!! CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PRIMARY INCOME!! CANDIDATE MUST HAVE OWN NEWER EQUIPMENT!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT, SMART PHONE, OR TRANSPORTATION PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!!
Schedule and Pay:
***POSITION IS SET TO START 2/3/25***
- Hours: 7.5 per/week
- Pay: $13.86 per/hour (approximately $450/month)
- Schedule: 7:00pm- 8:30pm

Daily Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all designated areas of the facility. (Daily)
- Vacuum, sweep, and damp mop floors. (Daily)
- Empty wastebaskets and replace liners. (Daily)
- Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and counters. (Daily)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $450.00 per month
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
