It offers a family-oriented environment with amenities like an 18-Hole Championship golf course, Fitness Center, Indoor Tennis and Pickleball Courts, and newly renovated Clubhouse.
This is a full-time on-site Executive Sous Chef role located in Grosse Pointe, MI at Lochmoor Club. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, managing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, and leading culinary staff.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in menu planning, kitchen management, and food preparation
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a club or upscale dining establishment is a plus
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation are beneficial
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
