Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Men's Locker Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Men's Locker Roon room, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Member & Guest Service
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
- Anticipate needs and assist with requests, such as shoe shining, locker assignments, and towel distribution.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Locker Room Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Ensure locker room, restrooms, and lounge areas are always clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and restock towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning, including wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Shoe Care & Minor Services
- Provide shoe cleaning, polishing, and spike replacement services for golf and dress shoes.
- Assist with minor garment care, such as steaming or light repairs, if applicable.
- Locker Management
- Assign and track lockers for members and guests.
- Ensure lockers are cleaned and prepared for new users.
- Facility & Equipment Monitoring
- Report maintenance issues or needed repairs to management.
- Ensure the locker room maintains a pleasant atmosphere with proper lighting, temperature, and overall ambiance.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of facilities.
- Knowledge of golf and athletics
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong hospitality skills.
- Experience with shoe care is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
