\n- Playing a key role in the growth, leadership, and development of the Ohio Structural team.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with DOT and local agency clients, assisting with business development for the Structural Engineering service line.
- Applying knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of bridge and transportation structures design.
- Performing as a project manager on DOT and local agency bridge design projects. Training and support is available if needed.
- Reviewing complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
- Assisting senior management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor.
- Preparing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
- Preparing proposals and funding applications.
- As opportunities present themselves this role may also be involved in other various projects and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis is helpful
- Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) meeting Level 2 criteria
- 10 years of Structural Engineering experience with an emphasis on bridge design projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
