This role will have the opportunity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment of designers, planners, and engineers in all our service lines: urban design & landscape architecture, transportation, water resources design, environmental analysis & permitting, construction engineering & inspection, traffic engineering & transportation planning, surveying, and land acquisition & appraisal.

- Performing project management for projects relating to planning and landscape architecture and multidisciplinary projects and internal management of planning and landscape architecture work.
- Creating and refining design ideas for a range of infrastructure improvement, site design, and planning projects.
- Collaborating with Traffic Engineering & Planning (TEP) and Roadway teams in the development of pedestrian and bicycle planning and complete streets designs or other Public Works projects.
- Preparing and refining presentation level plans and graphics, planning and design report content, technical writing, and graphics.
- Providing review comments pertaining to planning projects and landscape architecture design and construction plans, details, and specifications.
- Preparing and giving project presentations at client meetings, community engagement events, and conferences.
- Assisting in business development efforts and growth of the Urban Design and Landscape Architecture team for all offices and project opportunities in northern Indiana.
- Assisting in the expansion of landscape architecture-related services within the firm, including collaboration with personnel in other regions, and the integration of those services into new projects.
- Performing other duties as needed.
- Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture or Urban Design.
- Licensed Landscape Architect in relevant state(s).
- 10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture and/or Urban Design.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing small to large, complex landscape architecture and/or urban design projects.
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Extensive experience creating renderings, graphics, and reports in Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
- Demonstrated client management capabilities.
- Valid driver's license.
