The Resident Project Representative will provide construction administration and observation services in the Western US, serving multiple company offices.

Your Impact:

• Construction Season
  • Provide daily site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes
  • Coordinate and communicate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies
  • Measure and record pay quantities
  • Preparing daily reports
  • Review of the Contractor's schedule
  • Performing Wage Rate compliance interviews and documentation
  • Coordinate 3rd-party material testing inspections
  • Review and provide input on potential change order issues
  • Maintain project records
  • Manage project photographic records
  • Verification of construction staking surveys
  • Travel throughout the Western US is required
  • Winter/ Design Season
  • Design and develop plans, technical specifications, concepts, and cost estimates for aviation projects in the Western United States.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to complete project requirements.
  • Support project pursuits.
  • Support post design construction support, including RFI responses and shop drawing reviews.
  • Coordinate with project staff, other disciplines and sub-consultants, clients, and reviewers to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scope

Who are you:

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and swing shifts as required on assigned projects.
• Understanding and familiarity with heavy civil construction projects, airport systems and operation
• Prefer experience in construction materials testing and/or construction surveying
• Proficiency in MS WORD and Excel along with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
