Your Impact
- Provides leadership for serving clients and delivering work within an assigned geography.
- Provides supervision of design and filed staff across the state. Provides the cross functional (business development, technology, staffing, and project delivery) perspective for assigned staff.
- Responsible for allocating department resources, including budget responsibility.
- Accountable for staffing and project portfolio performance.
- Works with the region's Operations Manager and Regional Manager to assign appropriate staff for business development teams, strategy, and pursuits.
- Leads the daily operations and is responsible for financial results.
- In alignment with the region’s growth strategy, develops and implements the profit center’s growth strategy and business plan.
- Will manage projects and deliver technical work.
- Develops and administers ongoing processes, procedures, and associated budgets/timelines
- Contributes to the motivation and development of a team through professional leadership
- 10 years and deep knowledge of transportation engineering and adjacent disciplines
- Professional Engineering license in KY preferred
- Understands how your business integrates across the organization and impacts Lochner
- Understands industry practices and competitors
- Analyzes complex issues and uses sound judgment and experience to develop solutions for a wide range of activities and areas
- Provides input to development of strategies to ensure regional efficiencies, build and grow regional business and ensures successful projects are delivered to clients
