Your impact :

• Function as the Lead Structural Engineer or Project Manager on transportation projects that include highway / railroad bridges, various types of retaining walls, culvert structures and transit related facilities.
• Perform advanced structural analysis on complex bridge projects with flared and curved framing.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other design team members, junior engineers, and technicians.
• Experience with bridge inspection, assessment, load rating, and bridge condition reports.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, technical reports, and cost estimates for procurement and construction.
• Provide technical oversight and quality checking of deliverables.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on multi-discipline transportation projects.
• Provide input and technical guidance to CAD technicians.
• Monitor productivity and technical proficiency of assigned technical personnel.
• Monitor the quality and progress of the structural work product, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
• Prepare structural scopes of work.
• Prepare work plans and schedules.
• Support business development efforts as required.
