Your Impact:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all position levels within the company ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience with posting jobs, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, executing offer letters, pre-employment screening, and facilitating new hire orientation

Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top talent in a competitive market, particularly in civil engineering and construction-related industries

Proven success in managing the end-to-end recruitment process at every stage within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Support hiring managers with all aspects of the hiring process including strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, trends, and candidate selection

Assist with integrating talent acquisition efforts for new work groups and align them with company culture and objectives

Collaborate with marketing to leverage social media and web-based recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidate

Partner with colleges and universities, professional organizations, and external recruiting agencies in expanding Lochner’s talent pool

Uphold Lochner’s brand by promoting a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the full-cycle recruitment process

Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, offering insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and processes
Who are you:
-
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry required
-
8 years of full-cycle recruiting for all hiring levels including entry, experienced, senior, strategic, and specialized
-
Previous experience in a highly matrixed, collaborative environment within a Shared-Services model is a plus

Customer-centric, adaptive, & entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work with changing priorities

Ability to establish credibility and trust with multiple stakeholders

Impeccable integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft high-quality candidate communications

Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, including familiarity with OFCCP guidelines

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems within an HRIS/HRMS
-
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
The approximate salary range for this position is between $100k - $120K per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment
