The Primary Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Lead project pursuits, fostering cross-company collaboration and leveraging cross-discipline expertise.
- Assist the Drainage BPL in crafting and executing a long-term statewide strategy for the practice setting the stage for national growth.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client partnerships.
- Provide project management for select projects, upholding the highest quality and operation standards.
- Oversee and develop proposals, contract negotiations, client presentations, and resource planning for Transportation Drainage.
- PE License in Texas
- Bachelors or master's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- 15 Years of experience in Transportation Drainage projects including planning, design, and construction
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing project teams and personnel
- Experience working with TxDOT, Texas counties, RMAs
- TxDOT Precertification's 10.1.1, 10.2.1 at a minimum
