-
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate with transportation, structural, geotechnical, utilities, and environmental teams for complex projects.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Verify that deliverables align with FEMA, TCEQ, TxDOT, and other local, state, and federal stormwater regulations.
Requirements:
-
Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
-
10 years of experience in stormwater engineering, with a focus on H&H modeling, transportation drainage design, and construction support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, teams, and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working with public agencies such as TxDOT, cities, counties, or RMAs.
-
Expertise in FEMA modeling, floodplain management, and TCEQ water quality standards.
