Your impact :
- Direct a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and planners in the preparation of design alternative studies, technical reports, intersection / interchange design studies, preliminary plans, among other preliminary design deliverables for transportation engineering and planning projects
- Perform and guide conceptual geometric design of roadway corridor alternatives with ranging complexity, within urban, suburban and rural settings
- Coordinate and mentor project staff, manage sub-consultants ensuring the accuracy and quality of work
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scope
- Assist with the development of statements of interest, proposals, and project scope and budget documents
- Desire to both sell and deliver work for a variety of clients, in varying roles on a project, including project manager
- Organize and chair client and project stakeholder meetings
- Candidate would report to Lochner's Chicago office
- Occasional travel to project sites or for project meetings required
