Cargo Van Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cargo Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism in all aspects of driving and delivery. MUST BE WILLING TO BE OTR 2-3 WEEKS AT A TIME.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van or box truck to deliver goods to various locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring that all items are secured properly during transit.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients during deliveries.
• Assist with equipment such as pallet jacks.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Van Driver, Courier, or Delivery Driver is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
