What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician / Customer Service position at Lock Box Self Storage?
Our company has a small team that helps the community with their storage and rental truck needs. We’re adding a team member (32-39hrs/week). If you’re a self-starter and work well by yourself, come join our team.
As a Maintenance Tech / Customer Service, you’ll work with a team that helps people when they need storage and keep the property maintenance up to date. Provide support to our customers and perform maintenance around the facility and capital improvement projects. You’ll always have Sundays off and only work one Saturdays a month.
Daily Maintenance & Capital Improvement
· Routine facility maintenance and prevention.
· Keeping grounds and equipment clean and in good repair.
· Routine plumbing and HVAC checks.
· Knowledge of standard tools and practices of general maintenance trades.
· Customer Service with storage rentals and truck rentals.
· Basic Computer and Software experience
· Reliable transportation.
