Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living, seeking a PRN Speech Language Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at
Responsibilities of Speech language Pathologist:
- Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
- Education for Residents and Caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contributes to team effort
- Perform Daily Documentation
- Perform Daily Billing

Speech language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with geriatric population preferred
