Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, Caterpillar equipment, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks.
- Perform loader operation tasks to assist in moving materials and maintaining worksite efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize farm machinery and water trucks as needed for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator with a strong background in operating heavy machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and performing maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with various types of machinery including skidsteers, bulldozers, excavators, front loaders and farm machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with co-workers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the job site.
