Our media plans are backed by extensive research and focus on delivering maximum performance that drives sales, awareness, and ROI. As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are looking to add an Account Supervisor to our Digital investment team. 

 

The Digital Account Supervisor needs extensive experience in planning and buying digital media. This is a client facing position responsible for managing accounts and presenting campaign results and forward-looking growth strategies. Internally, the Account Supervisor will oversee digital activity managed out of the investment team, manage client and vendor relationships, and develop digital investment executions and strategic roadmaps for growth. We need someone who can work closely with account leads, linear leads, and data/analytics to assist in decisions on channel mix and budget allocation and ensure executions meet client goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage day-to-day accounts in a client facing position, present campaign results and forward-looking strategies for growth. 
  • Negotiate digital media buys and programmatic buys. 
  • Provide expert guidance for senior-level client contacts.
  • Develop digital investment executions and strategic roadmaps for growth; accountable for delivery of budgets across platforms and partners to achieve client goals. 
  • Oversee strategic vision for new business and align team offering; work with leadership team to understand annual forecasts and impact on the organization. Provide thought leadership internally and to clients. 
  • Facilitate training of junior staff and effectively communicating department development to VP, SVP, EVP.
  • Foster cross-office development, working closely with LWD leadership. Communicate with internal stakeholders and keep leadership informed. 
  • Develop and maintain best practices and execution of brilliant basics across the entire team. 
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of media platforms and technology.

 

Qualifications 

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, agency experience preferred.
  • Superior knowledge of digital media planning and buying; experience managing campaigns and guiding strategic investments to meet client goals.
  • Experience in programmatic ad buying and direct negotiations.
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the digital media landscape; commitment to staying up on trends. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to collaborate across departments. experience managing a team is a plus. 
  • Proactive team player who thrives on collaboration. 

 

Benefits

 

  • Base salary to commensurate with experience. Range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year. 
  • Hybrid office – work a minimum of three (3) days per week on site in Irvington, NY
