And, we also believe in work / life balance, including accommodations for young families.We take pleasure in our connection to the wider community, through our work and volunteer / service initiatives - our practice is dedicated to non-profit partners, where we often provide pro-bono services and resources.We seek to fill three positions : General Architect with 5-10 years of experience, strong RevitGeneral Senior Project Architect / ManagerThese are salaried, full time positions with benefits.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Participation in all levels of projects from programming and design, through completion of construction.Work closely with Principals and other team members on all aspects of projects.Preparation of client presentations.Assist in the development of project fee proposals and schedules.Periodic travel to job sites.EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED : The company realizes that every interested candidate might not have all of the desired experience, and some training will be provided, but here is what they are looking for in terms of experience and skills… the more you have, the better!Candidates should be a licensed architect with 8 - 10 years of experience with a focus on client relationships.A commitment to creating innovative and thoughtful design solutions.For the Healthcare architect position : A passion for health care related projects, including medical offices and clinics is a plus.Experience in design, document production and oversight, and construction phase services.This position requires the candidate to be a "people person," who is comfortable interacting with clients, principals, teammates, consultants and contractors.Flexibility and ability to independently juggle a variety of projects, clients and tasks.Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Use of Experience with BIM360 is a plus.
