Role: Project Manager – eDiscovery
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Benefits
We are collaborating with a renowned national law firm in search of an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join their team in Seattle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with robust expertise in Relativity and legal project management to significantly contribute to managing complex eDiscovery workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth case execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Utilize Relativity to support document review, data processing, and case strategy development.
- Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines for litigation support and eDiscovery initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining best practices in eDiscovery and data governance.
- Provide training and guidance on eDiscovery workflows and technology to legal teams.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a law firm or legal services environment.
- Expertise in Relativity (certifications preferred) with hands-on experience managing document review and case strategy.
- Strong understanding of legal project management, litigation workflows, and case management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a keen eye for detail.
