Job Summary:
The eDiscovery Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of eDiscovery projects, including data collection, processing, review, and production. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. A key responsibility of this role will be managing and processing data on the Relativity platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Provide consultation on best practices for eDiscovery workflows, data management, and litigation support.
- Oversee data collection, processing, review, and production to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and process data on the Relativity platform.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and legal developments in eDiscovery.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management, preferably in a legal or litigation support setting.
- Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) and related processes.
- Experience processing data on the Relativity platform is required.
- Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
