Your Role
As the Salesforce Support Administrator, you'll be supporting the growth of Salesforce as you utilize core features such as Flow for automations. you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the platform is tailored, efficient, and aligned with the needs of a busy, high-performing legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the firm’s Salesforce org (user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, data management).
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
- Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver smart CRM solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure optimal usage.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
