- Project Management: Interpret blueprints and project specifications, plan work sequences, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Inspect electrical installations performed by the crew to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, diagnose malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.
- Material Management: Order and manage electrical materials needed for the project, ensuring proper inventory and cost control.
- Communication: Collaborate with other trades, project managers, and clients to coordinate work activities and address concerns.
