General Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 full benefits
We’re working with a reputable general contractor based in Phoenix that’s looking to bring on an experienced General Superintendent to oversee their growing portfolio of multifamily projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands what it takes to deliver quality multifamily developments in a fast-paced market.

The Role
As the General Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and up to standard. You’ll coordinate with PMs, oversee subcontractors, and serve as the point person on the ground for field operations. This is not a role for someone looking to stay behind a desk—it's hands-on and leadership-driven.
What we’re looking for:
- 10 years of superintendent experience, specifically with multifamily ground-up projects
- Proven ability to manage large-scale multifamily developments from start to finish
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, safety protocols, and subcontractor oversight
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and foster a team environment
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Local market experience is a plus
