Superintendent – Minneapolis, MN
$110,000 - $140,000 Bonus
We are partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Minneapolis who is looking for a local Superintendent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong tenure and at least 5 years with their current company to take on exciting ground-up projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have ground-up commercial construction experience across a variety of project types, including:
✔ Educational
✔ Office
✔ Industrial
✔ Multi-Family
✔ Retail
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of stable experience with a single employer.
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
- Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be local to Minneapolis and familiar with the market.
