Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to conduct thorough inspections using various tools and techniques. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards, including ISO 13485.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers to perform precise measurements.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, including the use of vision inspection systems.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established quality management systems.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality data.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and processes.
- Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
