A leading real estate developer and its wholly owned general contracting arm, are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) to join our Tampa-based team. With a robust pipeline of projects—including developments in Puerto Rico, three multi-family projects in Florida, and several self storage lease-ups launching this month—we need a skilled leader to organize, formalize, implement, and monitor processes across our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for seven new projects and five lease-ups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in private equity, development, and construction teams.
- Ensure project milestones align with organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification (required; verifiable via PMI).
- 6 years of project management experience in real estate, private equity, or construction.
- Proven expertise in multi-family projects or private equity-funded developments.
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills (Six Sigma Black Belt-level preferred).
- Tampa-based or willing to relocate; familiarity with Florida markets a plus.
