The Work
Looking for a cybersecurity professional to join an exciting opportunity within the RMS classified cybersecurity group. The position is in Liverpool, NY and will support multiple programs. The candidate will ensure compliance through the implementation of mandatory information system security tasks on assigned information systems utilizing NISPOM, JSIG, DoD 8500, NIST, ICD, CNSSI, DAAPM, and other related DoD documents in support of development and operations.
The candidate will be responsible for the overall ATO lifecycle and compliance enforcement of cybersecurity requirements. The candidate will be expected to participate in tasks that include, but are not limited to the management of information systems, providing information for the development of System Security Plans, establishing and maintaining hardware and software configuration management plans, preparing documents to gain government approvals to operate information systems, weekly system audits, anti-virus software management, creating sanitization procedures for hardware components, maintenance of all user accounts, preparing for and supporting inspections, participating in enterprise initiatives, continuous monitoring, self-inspection review, Proposal Estimates, and other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates should be knowledgeable of information technology security principles, various computer/network operating systems, and Microsoft suite of applications. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Maintain required information security certification (e.g. Security CE, CySA , CND, CCNA-Security, GISCP, GSEC, SSCP, CISM, CISSP etc.)

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,900 - $164,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years or more of ISSO or ISSM Experience or other Information Assurance discipline
- Possession of, or ability obtain, required DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (Security CE, CySA , CND , CCNA-Security, GISCP, GSEC or SSCP) within six months of hire date.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Security information and event management (SIEM) (esp. Splunk), Nessus/ACAS, ePO/HBSS, and other vulnerability management compliance tools.
- Experience hardening Linux and Windows Operating Systems to DISA STIG baseline.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework Requirements and/or experience in obtaining and maintaining ATOs
- Experience with NISPOM/DAAPM
- Current Secret Clearance
- Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments
- Current DoD 8140 (8570) IAT II or III certification or greater
