Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities Include:

• CAM efforts to track and report project status
• Support to program ROMs, ECPs, and other new business proposals.
  
  

Scrum Master Responsibilities Include:

• Track project status
• Provide labor reports
• Ensure a continuous improvement mindset to enhance development processes, drive efficiency, and improve quality.
• Individual will manage their assigned training projects, utilizing the Agile methodology to create effective teams, foster stakeholder collaboration, and establish and carry out efficient development plans in order to meet objectives.
  
  

This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level 3) ROLE where candidates require 5 years of professional experience and a BS degree or above.

Selected candidate must have a Top Secret security clearance prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, with 5 years of professional experience.
• Program Management or Project Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships.
• Demonstrated project management experience with a strong understanding of strategic, capacity, and financial planning to build out a long-term product roadmap.
• Experience working with complex problems and ability to lead discussions and determine resolutions to problems.
• Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects with enterprise level exposure and impact.
• Agile Certified Scrum Master
• Experience related to Business development proposals and estimates.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
