Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a staff level Global Privacy Analyst to join our global privacy and records management team. This unique and challenging position will report to the Corporate Deputy Chief Privacy Officer and will focus on global privacy and records management compliance. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively within teams. This is a remote position located in the United States.
Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional team to implement global privacy and records management strategy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the enterprise to complete privacy impact assessments.
• Manage Data Subject Access Request process across the enterprise.
• Participate in enterprise privacy risk assessment process.
• Conduct privacy training for program and functional team members.
• Analyze evolving privacy and data protection laws and regulations
• Work with business area records managers on records management and records retention schedule.
• Coordinate with global supply chain operations on vendor privacy risk assessments and contract reviews.
• Manage enterprise privacy and records management policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
• B.A. or B.S. degree
• At least 3-years of experience in privacy or related legal, cybersecurity, records management, or regulatory compliance field.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online collaboration tools like Zoom.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, NIST frameworks, and other privacy regulations
• IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) or comparable preferred
• Cybersecurity experience or understanding is preferred
• Experience with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), DPIAs, and other assessments
• Experience with enterprise records management preferred
