The Design Support Specialist will join the CSEDS Facilities and Operations Team in support of the AEGIS Operations and Maintenance contract, as well as other Development Program efforts. CSEDS is the Combat System Engineering Development Site in Moorestown NJ, owned by the US Navy and operated and maintained by Lockheed Martin.
The Design Support Specialist will support planning, logistics, technical, documentation and programmatic tasking from CSEDS Management and Site Engineering. Tasking will include technical support for engineering tasks as part of lab activation and modification, support and oversight of GFE/CFE intake and staging, site maintenance actions, ordering material, writing technical specifications, assisting with producing schedules and estimates, AutoCAD drafting, backup GFE custodian duties, support shipping/receiving site logistics, and gather/compile material lists for quoting.
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility
Operations and Maintenance, Site Activation or
related discipline.
Background in Logistics, Government Furnished Equipment Processing, and Handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Desired Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and Word.
Basic familiarity with Labs, Navy systems and processes.
Knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance support systems.
Background in Property Management, purchasing, logistics, facility tasking, and construction management.
Ability to interpret installation/building drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Windchill/ELOG.
Basic familiarity with Labs, Navy systems and processes, specifically the AEGIS Weapon System
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
