Description:This position is located at Ft. Lewis Washington in support of the US Army FA HIMARS program.
The FSR must possess a detailed understanding of the HIMARS system and associated equipment to include fault isolation, diagnostics and repair of the electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems.
The candidate will represent Lockheed Martin and will require a positive, professional work attitude. Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer.
Candidate will be required to deploy to OCONUS locations and to war zone locations.
Romania, Poland, Germany, Taiwan, South Korea, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan, Syria, Iraq
Candidate is required to take a post-offer, pre-employment physical to determine if individual is deployable.
Must be able to obtain an interim Secret Clearance prior to start.
Must obtain a passport within the first 30 days of employment.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain an interim Secret Clearance prior to start
Must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment
Must be willing to deploy
Must be capable of passing a deployable physical examination (including - ability to lift 35 pounds) for deployments to a combat or hazardous duty location
Experience troubleshooting the M270A1 or HIMARS launcher
Desired Skills:
Prior military experience E-5 or above
Good computer skills, Microsoft office products
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Experience with the Army supply system
The ideal candidate would be a prior service M270A1/HIMARS vehicle operator, maintainer or trainer with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities
Experience as a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Repairer (94P MOS) or as an Electro-Optical Ordnance Repairer (2171 MOS) or 63B
Prior international assignment experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $47,800 - $91,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
