Description:This position will support the F35 Baseline/Tools Team Manager. This position will serve as a multifunctional lead and POC for the following areas:
Core Program Finance POC - Candidate will act as an Aero wide consultant for F&BO that provides input and directions that multiple organizations benefit from. He/She will create products and show advanced analytical skills in problem solving issues that affect not only F35 but Aero wide.
CEAC Lead - Serves as the prime spokesperson for F35 CEAC lead that creates and executes the F35 CEAC business rhythm, summary charts and interfaces with Business Management, Program Management, FP&A, Core Finance, and executives. He/She will lead the CEAC team offering team members the opportunity to have a better understanding of the CEAC process and how multiple different organizations use the CEAC data.
Contract Authorization SME – Candidate should work closely with the Program Managers and Business Managers pre and post authorization to ensure a baseline is successful, compliant and on time. Strong knowledge in EV compliance will be needed to support the EV team.
F35 EV Communications – Candidate should have advanced communication skills that will be used to share information within F35 EV and at the Aero level.
EV SME – Candidate will have an advanced understanding of EV and how the EV tools are connected and utilized. Candidate should be an EV tool subject matter expert. Is utilized by leadership for knowledge sharing and problem solving.
Material SME - Develops highly advanced solutions to tools and processes due to strong understanding of the material that result in improved data integrity and process timing for the F35 material team. Solutions are shared with other LOBs so that they can benefit from improvements that were made.
Cobra Administration Support/Metrics - Candidate will work with the Cobra Admin to develop best practices and data integrity checks. Has a strong understanding of Cobra and other EV tools that can be utilized in problem solving and creating efficiencies. Candidate is a subject matter expert in EV data driven metrics and uses highly advanced technical skills to determine common themes in F35’s DDMs and create solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college
- Experience in MS Excel, developing Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Databases to obtain data and develop reports
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or cost/scheduling
- Experience with material processes
- Experience with SAP and Cobra
- Experience with F-35 CEAC Process and Familiar with the development of EACs and ETCs
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with LM Aeronautics business systems including SAP, COBRA, ADAR, Hyperion and others.
- Familiarity with Data Driven Metrics (DDMs)
- Experienced in detail oriented output and process, in order to function independently, while consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills required in interfacing with executive and senior leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and must be able to function independently, consistently meeting deadlines
- Outside of the box creative thinking is required to develop solutions for our customers
- Customer focused approach that is willing to develop solutions to problems that benefits multiple different organizations and line of businesses

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $102,000 - $195,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
