Description:This position reports to the Southeast Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC) Functional Operations Team and requires the selected candidate to work with the Supply Chain to manage post-award purchase order status and expedite hardware deliveries to meet internal build schedules of the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Programs.

This position is in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Daily involvement with multiple suppliers is required. The selected candidate must be able to work in a team atmosphere, handle multiple tasks with competing priorities, meet critical deadlines and have excellent written and oral communication skills. To be successful, the individual must be able to develop effective relationships with teammates, buyers, management, supplier contacts and program customers.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage assigned expedite queues(s) and the associated suppliers’ purchase order hardware deliveries, and accountable to ensure responsible parts / hardware are delivered in time to support Lockheed Martin production requirements.

Resolve supplier questions / issues associated with P2P/SAP Purchase Order acceptance, utilizing the Schedule Management Module (SMM) system for status entry and file uploads.

Successful resolution of supplier issues based on supplier input, comments, and/or complaints.

Daily coordination with multiple program representatives, buyers and receiving personnel for resolution of issues and discrepancies.

Update and maintain records and tracking databases with the most up to date status. Role requires preparation and presentation of critical item status to SEMAC Management.

Additional job scope includes responsibilities for obtaining supplier purchase order acknowledgements in compliance with Federal Regulation and resolution of receiving dock discrepancies for assigned supplier deliveries.

Requires adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and providing detailed and prompt responses with appropriate solutions.

Must be able to interface (verbal and written) with both internal and external customers including Sr. Management. Supplier Manager / Expedite team is remotely located and requires proficient communications long distance.

The opportunity to travel to supplier sites to work delivery expedites or meeting support may be required while working in this role.

The candidate selected must be a resident of Puerto Rico.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate selected must be a resident of Puerto Rico.

Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline at the Bachelor level or above, or equivalent experience / combined education.

Strong English language communication skills (verbal, written, reading comprehension)

Solid interpersonal, customer service skills and telephone etiquette

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Previous experience within a team environment.
Desired Skills:
Work experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Supply Chain / Procurement / Purchasing experience.

Customer service experience.

Logistics experience.

SAP System Experience.

Procure-To-Pay (P2P) / Schedule Management.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $42,800 - $81,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $49,100 - $92,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
