We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will interact with patients.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to manage a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to team coordination, will be essential in promoting a productive work environment. You will collaborate closely with our doctors, team and patients on a daily basis. This position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

A Rehab Technician who’s’ primary focus will be to assist in implementing rehabilitation programs designed to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to patients undergoing therapy, including setting up equipment, assisting with exercises, and monitoring progress.

Requirements:

Must be able to work the following hours:

Monday- Thursday 9:00 am-7:15pm

Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

-Must be available some weekends when given appropriate notice

-Will be required to learn/memorize office verbiage

-Will be required to do marketing

-Will be required to travel 2-4x a year for team training
