We are looking for an Entry Level Locksmith Technician or an Experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable. All experience levels are welcome to apply. Candidate must be able to pass all department of criminal justice licensing requirements, pass a criminal background check, have a driver’s license, and reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Locksmith Service to Automotive, Residential, Commercial

• Opening residential and automotive doors

• Generate new keys, copy keys, and program keys

• Resolve job tickets and work orders

• Accurately allocate job ticket status

• Coordinate with administration and office manager

• Learn software programs

• Exceptional customer service

• Other duties as assigned

• Ensure all jobs completed correctly, while maintaining high company and customer expectations

• Provide superior customer service to ensure continual customer satisfaction

• Car Key Replacements, Programming, Key Cutting, Duplicating keys

• Perform Emergency Lockouts

• Installing and Repairing Locks

• Re-Keying Locks

• Safe Opening-Work

• Repining, Key Cutting, Duplicating keys

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must be able to pass all department of criminal justice licensing requirements, pass a criminal background check, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

• Requirements: Must be able to speak clearly and effectively

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Driver’s license with a good driving record

• Professional attitude and respectable appearance

• Respectful of clients’ property and home

• Pass a background check (Must have a clean background check to obtain Locksmith License).

• Willingness to travel between job sites

• Desire to learn and excel at new skills

• Driven to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

• Previous experience in Automotive, Residential or Commercial Locksmiths are preferred

• Must have a working knowledge of Lock types, Key types, & Key-cutting machines

• Great Customer Service Skills

• Must possess skills such as Repairing, Critical Thinking, and Equipment Maintenance

• On the Job Training Provided
