Job Summary :
Major Responsibilities :
Support all of Kansas City, Omaha, Minneapolis, Des Moines, and Michigan benefits operations, including administrative duties to support day-to-day operational activities.
Assist each benefit practice areas with projects and administrative tasks.
General Duties Include :
Revenue, Expense and Records management :
Revenue and Expense review, tracking, analyzing and benchmarking
Identify revenue errors and resolve.
Manage client invoicing with our Business Resource Group and Accounts Receivable.
Manage vendor invoices with Operating Payables for all third parties.
All aspects of new business onboarding and implementation.
Database management client benefit data, mailing lists, alerts, other distribution lists.
Implementing “best practices” and recommend methods for handling workflow.
Assist specialty practices with projects including, but not limited to, templates, pivot tables, benchmarking and data entry.
Provide administrative support for benefits practice areas including extensive work in Microsoft Office Products and can quickly learn internal programs.
Coordinate with other business service groups (IT, Office Services, Creative Services, Facilities, Legal, Licensing, and Accounting / Finance)
Supporting technology tools, performing administrative functions, minor troubleshooting and training.
Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
Reliable in handling confidential information with the upmost discretion.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office products, skill with Excel vital to this role.
Must have the ability to build good working relationships with all team members, Associates, Producers and internal / external clients.
Must be a team player that can work well with other and maintain a positive attitude amidst many tasks and priorities.
Must have ability to resolve issues in a creative, diplomatic manner with little disruption to daily operations.
Must always consistently demonstrate “WE LIVE SERVICE!” customer service excellence, both with internal and external customers, co-workers and vendors.

Essential Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or minimum of five years' experience in administrative, operations or corporate environment in similar role required.
Requires knowledge of accounting, billing, contracts, auditing, and reconciliations.
Financial acumen.
Extremely strong attention to detail.
Quality minded.
Ability to understand the inner workings of our organization.
Handle tight deadlines and can prioritize accordingly.
Demonstrates the ability to handle a high volume of interruptions with grace.
Knowledge and / or experience in supporting employee benefits preferred.
Experience working with technology applications and security administration desired.
Ability to recognize issues, think analytically and to "problem solve" essential.
Capable of reviewing multiple platforms to create a full story.
Very strong organizational skills and the ability to balance and prioritize, completing demands concurrently to successful completion required.
