Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s database of client contact information and other related data.
- Support development of social media posts, graphics, and videos.
- Support conference and event coordination.
- Assist with SWAG inventory, ordering, and tracking.
- Assist in various marketing activities and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies is a plus
