Tax Credit Leasing Specialist
Lockwood is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented LIHTC or Tax-Credit Leasing Specialist to join our team at Haverhill on Clark. This candidate will be responsible completing the compliance requirements for the LIHTC applications. This role is critical in managing the leasing process, and ensuing LIHTC compliance, and providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with LIHTC program requirements, including eligibility determinations, income certifications, and file audits.
- Assist prospective residents with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Review and process tenant applications, recertifications, and annual compliance reporting.
- Maintain clear lines of communication.
- All other duties as assigned.
