Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and security initiatives
- Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams
- Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company assets and data
- Oversee infrastructure, networking, and endpoint device management
- Lead IT project planning and implementation while managing resources and budgets
- Collaborate with department heads to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Lead incident management process during incidents to ensure that there is proper tracking and reporting
- Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Actively manage support tickets and provide support as necessary.
Professional Skills And Requirements
- 7 years of IT experience with previous experience in a senior management role
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, management, security and compliance
- Strong background in network architecture, security, and infrastructure management
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level server environments
- Demonstrated success in leading IT transformations and complex projects
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
