What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expeditor position at Locos Grill & Pub?
- The Expediter is responsible for the final assembly of all Dine-in and To-Go orders.
- The Expediter is responsible for communicating with other team members in the BOH and FOH to ensure that food is prepared and delivered within the target ticket time.
- The Expediter is the final position responsible for making sure orders are prepared correctly – including correct temperatures of meat and fish, side items, garnishes, sauces, plating and correct packaging.
