About The Position
Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to provide comprehensive medical services at multiple health centers in San Bernardino County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering adult and pediatric primary care, preventive health services, chronic disease management, and reproductive health care in a patient-centered, community health setting.
- Conducting health screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Working collaboratively with mid-level practitioners and providing clinical oversight.
- Utilizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation and patient management.
- Maintaining productivity standards, typically 18-20 patients per 8-hour shift.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with successful completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine residency.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or equivalent.
- Valid California Medical License (or ability to obtain before start date).
- DEA License and current BLS/ACLS certification.
- At least one year of experience in an underserved, community health, or FQHC setting (preferred).
