Requirements :
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification from the Arizona Board of Nursing.
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse license.
- Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license.
- Current DEA certification.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- CPR and AED certification via American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (for behavioral health settings).
- Current Arizona driver's license.
- Experience in treating adults with various chronic and acute medical conditions.
- Understanding of clinical methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Comfort and efficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Experience in geriatrics or working with patients possessing multiple chronic conditions.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
