Inpatient & Outpatient No Call Shift : 8am - 8pm Schedule days for Clinic / Hospital : 7 days a week Dates Needed : May 13- 18, 8am - 8pm June 20-23, 8am-8pm July 1-6, 8am - 8pm July 15-20, 8am - 8pm July 25-30, 8am - 8pm Aug 5-17, 8am - 8pm Aug 22-26, 8am - 8pm Sept 4-8, 8am - 8pm Sept 12-15, 8am - 8pm Sept 19 -22, 8am - 8pm PPS : 36 / day 11 Bed Dept. Admissions : 3 / day 24 Hr. Support services available 24 hrs. : Anesthesia, Gen. Surgery, Lab, OR Response Time, Ortho. Surgery, Radiology Newborn deliveries not received in ED; have L&D Dept. Onsite Orientation required 1 day prior to 1st block of assigned shifts. Admissions Required. Trauma Level 3 Facility Support Staff : ED RNs, 1 APP No teaching or supervision required.
