- Open to Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of residency). Experience with pediatrics through geriatrics is required.
- License :
- Indiana State License (or willing to obtain)
- Certifications :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active DEA (or willing to obtain), BLS, and ACLS (or willing to obtain). COVID Vaccination required.
- Must-Have :
- Experience working with all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics. Knowledge of Epic EMR is highly preferred.
- Job Description :
- Join a growing family medicine or internal medicine practice.- Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including chronic disease management and various procedures such as dressing changes, sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injections / aspirations, skin tag and mole removal.- Participate in a call schedule of 1 : 7, phone call only.- Opportunity to engage in clinical teaching and supervision of residents.- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.- May require active membership status on relevant medical staffs.- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates; not accepting locum tenens candidates.
