">We are seeking a Gastroenterology physician to join our team in Rockport, Maine. As a locum physician, you will provide outpatient GI coverage at a coastal hospital, working with a diverse patient population and a skilled team of clinical staff.
The position requires experience in Lower GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and Foreign Body Removal. You will also be responsible for performing Endo procedures in the OR and clinic settings, using Epic Charting system.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Perform complex endoscopic procedures, including biopsies and foreign body removals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Epic Charting system
- Board-certified or eligible in Gastroenterology
- Current medical licensure in the state of Maine
- Experience with Epic Charting system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
