Job Title : Locum Physician Job Specialty : Addiction Medicine Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days 7 AM - 12 PM, two days per week Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Not specified License : Kentucky Certifications : Board Certified in Addiction Medicine Must-Have : - Board Certified (Addiction Medicine) - Board Eligible (within 1 year of residency) - Active Kentucky license - Must be local (only mileage is reimbursed) Job Description : - Practice in an outpatient treatment center - Provide coverage due to short staffing - See an average of 12 patients per day - Use sAMMS for documentation - Position available Monday through Friday, 5 : 30 AM - 12 PM - No trauma level or designation applicable - Reimbursement for mileage based on the standard rate
