About The Position
Job Title: PhysicianJob Specialty: Orthopaedic SurgeryJob Duration: 13 weeksShift: Day - 5x8 - 09:00AM - 05:00PM, 40 hours per weekGuaranteed Hours: Not specifiedExperience: Must be board certified or board certification eligible in Orthopaedic SurgeryLicense: Not specifiedCertifications: BLS requiredMust-Have: Specialty skills in Orthopaedic Surgery including Arthroscopy, Total Joint Replacement, Hip, Knee, Joint Revision or Repair, Shoulder, and Tendon Release/RepairJob Description:- Provide general orthopedic care with a focus on total joints, fractures, and carpal tunnel procedures.- Perform arthroscopic procedures and other related orthopedic surgeries.- Manage a variety of patient encounters per shift, averaging around 15 patients.- Work in a department with 150 beds.- Participate in a locums-to-permanent opportunity.- Facility requires physicians to be board certified.- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days.- Facility is designated as Trauma Level 4.- Engage in hands-on patient care while working collaboratively with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
