- Requirements: BC Sleep Medicine; PA License and DEA
- Schedule: 4 days per week
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Patient Volume: 20-21 PPD on average
- Staffing Mix: 1 LPN, 1 MA
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Weekly Direct Deposits
- Travel and Lodging Provided if Needed
- A Rated Malpractice Coverage
