Job Summary
Seeking an experienced gastroenterologist for a short-term assignment in a scenic coastal town in Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform biopsies, lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and foreign body removal
- Conduct endo procedures in the OR and clinic
- Use Epic charting system
- No ERCP required
Work Environment:
- Adult patient population
- Outpatient setting with a volume of 16 patients per day
- Diverse and skilled team of clinical staff, including 2 physicians
