IDEAL CANDIDATE: BC/BE Family Medicine MD/DO - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Higher than MGMA Median Base Salary (prorated for part time) $$ per wRVU above a low annual threshold target
- Annual salary increase of 3% to 5%
- 99% Outpatient
- 2.5 day work week
- 15 ppd in clinic
- Call is 1:6 weekends 1-2 weekdays per month of very light inpatient rounding and then go home
- Average inpatient census is only 5 (highest in hospital's history was only 15)
- Clinic schedule is MON-FRI; 8a-5p
- NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS OUTSIDE OF CALL
